Tracy grew up in a military family and understands the art and stress of both moving in and moving out. While buying and selling a home is a complex process, she has plenty of experience.

 Tracy was launched into real estate by a brokerage in Frederick, MD. Although Tracy lives and works in Frederick, she works throughout Maryland representing buyers and sellers of all facets of real estate. She has continued to make a high-level commitment to her real estate education by adding both Virginia and Pennsylvania licenses to her credentials. She has hands-on expertise in working with several big banks and REO properties.

Tracy serves on a committee for Frederick Community Association of Realtors. She is the mother of three grown children and Bubbe to two grandchildren.  

 Most of her days are spent working with delightful clients, reading over home inspection reports, viewing homes, and negotiating contracts. The true reward comes from putting a SOLD sign on a lawn or passing keys over to ecstatic new home owners.

She is thankful to all her loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business that continues to form the foundation of her career.
